Job Description:
1. 5. Familiar with the project structure, mechanical and electrical equipment, public facilities, and master the characteristics of property use.
6. Responsible for organizing and implementing payment of various payments, open up sources and reducing expenditures, strictly controlling operating costs.
7. Improving the utilization rate of resources, broadening ideas, actively innovating, and developing value-added service management.
8. Constantly establish and improve a scientific internal operation, supervision and evaluation system, and the internal and external problems in the business work are coordinated and handled in time to make the project work go smoothly.
9. Responsible for organizing the project assessment work, objectively and impartially evaluating the employee’s working attitude, performance and ability, and recommending the appointment or dismissal of subordinate employees.
10. Responsible for understanding the training needs of employees, train and guide the employees of the project.
11. Take an example, care for the employees, pay clear rewards and punishments, improve their own quality and accomplishment, make the project highly cohesive, maximize and mobilize the enthusiasm and responsibility of all employees.
12. Responsible for the daily management and quality supervision of the sub-contractors, strictly implement and ensure the implementation and effective implementation of various contracts.
13. Maintain good public relations with all relevant social units, maintain friendly relations with users in the management area, establish a good image, handle external relations on behalf of the project and receive visiting owners, the masses, groups, units, etc..
14. Organize weekly work meetings to keep abreast of personnel status and work difficulties; inspect, summarize and arrange work.
