Job Description:
Responsible for the on-site marketing in shopping center, strictly supervise and ensure the various market work is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement the annual promotion plan of shopping center.
- Ensure that the company's annual marketing plan, and implement the mall marketing promotion.
- Responsible for the mall public relations and media promotion work, guide and control liaison and negotiation with advertising agents or media agents, in charge of liaison and coordination with the media.
- Take lead of design team, responsible for mall decorations of all promotional activities all the year round, strive to upgrade mall image.
- Improve and maintain the tenant relationships.
- Comply company's annual budget with strictly control of marketing and promotion costs.
- Responsible for formulating marketing work plan, the job description, the deployment, inspection and summary of daily work.
- Arrange the shift rotation, conduct staff on-job training, supervision and performance assessment.
- Actively participate in various public activities to improve mall image .
- Coordinate the various activities organized by the government departments.
- Assist other departments in completing the work of operation and management of shopping center.
- Complete the tasks assigned by General Manager and landlord.
- Responsible for the marketing-related reports such as monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, promotion reports, promotion assessment analysis report.
- Market counterpart information report.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, over 8 years' experience in marketing / media / advertising-related work , give priority to candidates with experience in mall promotion.
- Passionate in marketing and have a good sense of market trends, arts and culture.
- Have close relationships with media, able to manage large-scale public activities.
- Strong leadership, lively and cheerful character, good at communication and attention to details.
