Job Description:
- Responsible for on-site customer reception and consultation, providing professional services to customers.
- Market expansion, channel development, customer resource development, maintenance and management.
- Understanding of the real estate market and the dynamic competition around the project.
- Registration and statistics of customer status. Report regularly and give timely feedback to management.
- Make efforts to achieve sales targets, assist customers in signing purchase contracts, handling payment and other formalities, and handling room delivery procedures.
Job Requirement:
- College degree or above form regular school. Good image, good temperament.
- More than 3 years’ experience in high-end real estate sales.
- Open-minded, quick-thinking, strong communication and coordination skills.
- Strong sense of team work and customer service. Work proactively.
