Job Description:

  • Responsible for on-site customer reception and consultation, providing professional services to customers.
  • Market expansion, channel development, customer resource development, maintenance and management.
  • Understanding of the real estate market and the dynamic competition around the project.
  • Registration and statistics of customer status. Report regularly and give timely feedback to management.
  • Make efforts to achieve sales targets, assist customers in signing purchase contracts, handling payment and other formalities, and handling room delivery procedures.

Job Requirement:

  • College degree or above form regular school. Good image, good temperament.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in high-end real estate sales.
  • Open-minded, quick-thinking, strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of team work and customer service. Work proactively.
