Job Description:

• Responsible for cooperating with developers to provide project planning for building repair in the early stage of the project.
• Supervise and manage the late delivery and acceptance of all property projects.
• Formulate the project consultant plan for consultant projects and complete the project consultant content according to the plan (including: project planning and design proposals, project management organization structure preparation, project operation cost calculation，project management handbook compilation, project management training, project management audit, etc.).
• Provide professional technical support and consultancy services for the property management projects.
• Responsible for the construction of property projects, consultancy projects involving personnel training.
• Audit the annual plan and budget of projects directly under the supervision of project management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, good health, good appearance, intermediate engineer or above, with LEED AP BD+C or O+M preferred.
• 10 years of real estate high-end commercial and office property engineering management experience, on the early intervention and late management of property engineering.
• Super-high-level property engineering management experience, with a comprehensive planning of large-scale. Comprehensive property management skills, comprehensive property management knowledge and advanced management concepts.
• Experience in several property project management or property consultants at the same time is preferred.
• Familiar with all kinds of office software operations.
• Good Chinese and English expression and writing skills, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
