Job Description:

  • Providing engineering technical support, including training, guiding project preparation of engineering-related documents, preparing tender documents for suppliers, etc.
  • Collect laws, regulations and standards related to projects, and train them when necessary.
  • To guide the project in compiling facilities and equipment account books and train them when necessary.
  • Participate in regular project audit and report preparation.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy services for the property management projects of the company.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above, good health, good appearance, intermediate engineer or above, with LEED AP BD+C or O+M preferred.
  • 5 years of real estate high-end commercial and office property engineering management experience, on the early intervention and late management of property engineering.
  • Comprehensive property management skills, comprehensive property management knowledge and advanced management concepts.
  • Familiar with all kinds of office software operations.
  • Good Chinese and English expression and writing skills, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
