Job Description

  • Support team head for daily marketing and sales work.
  • Learn and acquire the knowledge of overseas real estate market and projects quickly.
  • Actively promote the marketing event. Approach high-end customers and understand their background and demand.
  • Responsible for developing high end clients, by Pro-active marketing of the company services, undertake cold calling, generate prospective business leads.
  • Handling and overseeing direct client negotiations, including preparation of necessary information and materials.
  • Provide professional consulting services in the field of overseas real estate purchase legislation, load policies, transfer, leasing and other aspects.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 2 -3 years’ experience in high-end property sales or high-end brand sales ( prefer candidates with working experiences in key client sales, luxury production sales, immigration consulting)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent Capability of high end clients development, and able to achieve sales target.
  • Aggressive, hard-working with initiation attitude.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Can browse domestic and international real estate websites independently.
  • Proficiency in Office skills, eg. Powerpoint, Word, etc.
  • College degree and above, overseas study or living experience is preferred.
