Job Description:

  • Responsible for supervising the property management operation of the projects under its jurisdiction, and to maintain a high level of overall operation.
  • Maintain regular communication with the project developer/owner committee to understand the needs and opinions of the developer/owner Committee on project property management.
  • Regular visits to the project site, meeting with project managers and senior managers to discuss problems encountered in daily management and management, and timely handling of major property management issues.
  • According to company management standards, responsible for the audit of annual budget, work plan and target management indicators of projects.
  • Cooperate with the property consultant team to complete the professional proposals on management services and urge the project consultants to complete the collection of remuneration for each consultant project.
  • Responsible for the overall planning of the pre-intervention projects, and the management of the pre-sale Office of the project.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above .
  • Age: under 45 years old.
  • Work experience, professional knowledge: more than 10 years of relevant management experience, intermediate or above titles, with relevant certificates of property managers.
  • Language ability: good Chinese and English expression and writing skills .
