Job Description:
- Operation of the agency business with site office.
- Pro-active marketing of the company services, receiving and registering of clients, undertaking cold calling, building walking and building portfolio information management to generate prospective business leads.
- Handling and overseeing direct client negotiations, including preparation of necessary information and materials.
- Preparation of required reports by company management.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years’ experience in residential sales.
- Excellent communication and teamwork spirit.
- Aggressive, hard-working with initiation attitude.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- College degree and above.
