Job responsibilities:
- Set goals based on the company's high-end apartment rental business sales plan
- Develop new channels and develop new customers to increase product sales
- Track the progress of the customer's reservation (requirement confirmation, matching room, inquiry, contract signing, delivery, rent recovery, etc.)
- Professional advice to clients
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic partnerships between customers
- Collect potential customers / competing properties and analysis reports
Requirement:
- Have good sales skills and market public relations skills
- Extroverted, responsive, expressive, with strong communication skills and communication skills, with affinity
- Have certain market analysis and judgment skills, good customer service awareness
- Responsible and able to withstand greater work pressure
- Strong learning ability and challenging spirit
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- 2 years or more of hotel apartment rental or high-end hotel sales experience is preferred
