Job responsibilities:

  • Set goals based on the company's high-end apartment rental business sales plan
  • Develop new channels and develop new customers to increase product sales
  • Track the progress of the customer's reservation (requirement confirmation, matching room, inquiry, contract signing, delivery, rent recovery, etc.)
  • Professional advice to clients
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic partnerships between customers
  • Collect potential customers / competing properties and analysis reports

Requirement:

  • Have good sales skills and market public relations skills
  • Extroverted, responsive, expressive, with strong communication skills and communication skills, with affinity

  • Fluent oral and written English skills
  • 2 years or more of hotel apartment rental or high-end hotel sales experience is preferred
