Job Description:
- According to the company’s work objectives and development strategies, formulate and carry out market business development plans and related programs; Complete the tasks arranged by the company.
- Collect real estate and property management industry information, research the development trend of the industry, organize market research and competitor analysis.
- Responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing market development information to provide decision-making basis for the company to develop market-oriented property management business.
- Responsible for receiving and negotiating foreign projects, compiling tenders, proposals, contracts and related documents for property management services, and organizing the examination, response and answer of tenders.
- Develop customer resources, obtain customer service information, consolidate and develop good relations with customers.
Job Requirement:
- Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, good image and good health.
- More than 10 years of experience in property project market development, good Chinese and English expression and writing skills, intermediate or above title, with relevant certificate of property manager.
- Familiar with national and local property management laws and regulations, with large-scale commercial office or comprehensive project management experience.
- Familiar with the process of property bidding, with the ability of cost estimation, independently compiling bidding documents and property management services.
- Master marketing, corporate image planning knowledge, strong communication and coordination, business negotiation and planning ability.
- Good professional accomplishment and teamwork spirit, strong ability to resist pressure and execution.
- With a wide range of social backgrounds and high-quality expandable customer resources, successful market expansion cases are preferred.
