Job Description:

1. Retail management: Oversee day-to-day business operations of shopping center, submit monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, annual business plan including annual budget.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedure (SOP) of shopping center.
  • Examine efficiency, service conditions, skills proficiency of the employee of shopping center.
  • Review and analyze sales performance report on a regular basis and drive business strategy to cope with the market pace.
  • Provide leadership at all levels of the organization.
  • Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
  • Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement.

2. Marketing:

  • Develop and implement annual plans and budgets with marketing manager.
  • Supervise the effectiveness of the marketing program.
  • Make recommendations on marketing strategy and mall branding.

3. Leasing:

  • Oversee the leasing with leasing manager.
  • Develop leasing strategy, give directions on deal structure and to seek board approval.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants and key persons of the regional retail market.

4. Up-to-date Retail Market Knowledge:

  • Analyze competitors’ business and operation conditions.
  • Prepare and submit annual business plan and analysis report.

5. Financial management:

  • Supervise financial report.
  • Responsible for the income statement and AR status.

6. Property management:

  • Supervise and inspect the property management report.
  • Review and make recommendations on property management’s annual plan and budget.

7. Human Resources Management:

  • Closely supervise staff performance and conduct staff evaluation.
  • Submit headcount strategic planning in annual business plan.
  • Build up the team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Over 12 years' experience in shopping center management or retail asset management of which 5 years+ at managerial level.
  • Familiar with on-site operational procedure of shopping centers and have extensive leasing and/or marketing experience.
  • Good coordination, communication, leadership and management skills.
