Job Description:
1. Job Description:

2. In-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Beijing Grade A office market, agency leasing matters, hardware facilities, and advantages selling points. And prepare the relevant property written recommendation information to introduce the referral to potential.
3. Lead the customer to field the applicable property, negotiate with the Owner or the developer on behalf of the customer and assist in signing the contract and the relevant coordination at the later stage.
4. Connect with large client project managers in a professional and proactive manner and with the ability to use fluent English and foreign project managers to follow up on the specific needs of international clients by email or phone.
5. Excellent team spirit, full support to the Department of Commercial Building and other teams. Coordination and assistance to other colleagues/ agents to complete their services and to study to senior colleagues at the Acting Department.
