Job Description:
1. As a customer representative, the basic task is to provide agency leasing services (including relocation, expansion, renewal, etc.) in commercial buildings such as high-end office buildings on behalf of customers, actively maintain existing and tap potential customers, and achieve work performance.
2. Learning and development to provide an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Beijing Grade A office market, agency leasing matters, hardware facilities, competitive selling points, etc., and prepare relevant property written introduction materials to introduce potential customers to potential customers.
3. Lead clients to field visits to suitable properties, negotiate with clients or developers on behalf of clients and assist in signing contracts and subsequent coordination.
4. Meet and maintain good relationships with existing and potential domestic and foreign clients, developers and owners in a professional and proactive manner and service.
