Job Description:

• Familiar with the market and current situation of the real estate market, can analyze and study the development trend of the real estate industry.
• Under the guidance of the person in charge, complete the market research work of various real estate types.
• Complete logical reports and be responsible for the accuracy of the information in the reports.
• Report potential problems in the course of your work to the head of the department at any time.
• Have a good attitude and manner of cooperation with department / project team members.
• Record documents according to departmental standard system, and have good text working skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all activities on behalf of the company and department.
• Complete other support work and tasks required by department or company.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in real estate, architecture, urban planning, finance or related.
• At least 3 years working experience in real estate market / research.
• Strong statistical, logical analysis skills and teamwork spirit.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand high load of work pressure.
• Be familiar with office application software, skilled operation computer and related office equipment.
