Job Description:
- As a customer representative, the basic task is to provide agency leasing services (including relocation, expansion, renewal, etc.) in commercial buildings such as high-end office buildings on behalf of customers, actively maintain existing and tap potential customers, and achieve work performance.
- Learning and development to provide an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Beijing Grade A office market, agency leasing matters, hardware facilities, competitive selling points, etc., and prepare relevant property written introduction materials to introduce potential customers to potential customers.
- Lead clients to field visits to suitable properties, negotiate with clients or developers on behalf of clients and assist in signing contracts and subsequent coordination.
- Meet and maintain good relationships with existing and potential domestic and foreign clients, developers and owners in a professional and proactive manner and service.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, real estate, marketing or related major.
- Have more than 2 years working experience in commercial building leasing; those with real estate agent qualifications are preferred.
- Fluent in English; good writing skills.
- Clear thinking, good communication, communication and negotiation skills; team spirit, leadership, serious and responsible work, able to withstand greater work intensity and pressure.
