Job Description:

• Responsible for the evaluation of real estate projects, according to the requirements and regulations of the company for real estate evaluation, complete the real estate valuation, consulting and other reports.
• In the evaluation work, abide by the evaluation rules, carry out the work under the guidance of the project manager, establish and maintain a good customer relationship.
• Carefully study and master skillfully, use the company undefined real estate project evaluation management and other related systems.
• Pay attention to collect and master all kinds of real estate evaluation related information, and provide detailed information for the company undefined valuation basic database and price information database.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in related major, knowledge of real estate valuation industry.
• Understand the real estate market and various real estate evaluation methods in Beijing, have good market research, data collection and analysis ability, have a strong interest in the real estate valuation industry.
• Have certain customer maintenance ability.
• Can constantly strengthen the study of professional knowledge, familiar with and master all kinds of relevant professional knowledge of real estate evaluation and constantly update.
• Good coordination and communication skills and strong team spirit; honest, dedicated, brave to undertake, have a strong sense of responsibility, careful, meticulous, serious.
