In his new role, Mr. Ng will take full responsibility for leading the strategic direction, business development, and overall operations of Savills in China. He will oversee the company's nationwide business network and work closely with the China Board and Regional Managing Directors to further consolidate and enhance Savills' leadership position in the China market.

Mr. Ng brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry and is widely recognised as a seasoned expert. He previously spent nearly 25 years at JLL, a world-leading real estate professional services and investment management firm, where he accumulated rich market insights and exceptional management experience in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. He served as Head of Commercial in Chengdu, Managing Director in Chengdu, and was subsequently promoted to Managing Director of West China, where he successfully expanded the market in Western China. In 2016, he was promoted to Managing Director of East China, responsible for regional strategy and business operations, building strong strategic relationships with local governments, large state-owned enterprises, domestic and international developers, and investment institutions.

After more than two decades at JLL, Mr. Ng joined Gee, a leading domestic proptech and office space service platform, as Chief Operating Officer in 2021, where he was responsible for the company's overall strategy and operations, leading the development of emerging proptech business sectors.
