Savills Korea signs MOU with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to advance real estate and hotel market intelligence

Savills Korea and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Asia Pacific have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen collaboration through the exchange and joint analysis of hotel and real estate market intelligence.

The signing ceremony for the memorandum of understanding for this business cooperation took place at the headquarters of Savills Korea on the 9th, with key representatives from both companies, including Crystal Soojeong Lee, CEO of Savills Korea, and the Danny Ha, Director of Development for South East Asia and Pacific of Wyndham Asia-Pacific, in attendance.

Under the agreement, the two companies will leverage their respective core strengths to generate deeper market insights and identify new business opportunities within Korea’s evolving hospitality landscape.

Wyndham will contribute operational data and performance-driven insights from its global hotel platform, analyzing hotels as operating businesses. Savills Korea will leverage its real estate expertise to enhance analysis of hotels from a commercial real estate perspective, collaborating on in-depth market analysis of the hotel business. Additionally, both companies plan to cooperate on various aspects of hotels from the commercial real estate perspective.

Savilis Korea CEO Lee Soo-jung stated, "This business collaboration with Wyndham will serve as an opportunity to provide differentiated hotel real estate services through hotel analysis from a new perspective," adding, "The two companies plan to continue expanding their business cooperation to enhance competitiveness in the hotel market."
