The new office has been designed to meet international standards, combining modern aesthetics, smart technology and sustainable practices. Notably, it has been awarded the LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) - a globally recognised benchmark for green buildings that evaluates performance in energy efficiency, water conservation, and overall environmental impact.
With the opening of Sala, all three Savills Vietnam offices (two in HCMC and one in Ha Noi) are now LEED certified, reinforcing Savills ongoing dedication to sustainable development nationwide. This also marks the expansion to a total of three customer service touchpoints nationwide, creating greater convenience for clients to access services and work directly with Savills’ team of experts.
More than a sales hub, the Residential Sales Office at Sala has been purposefully built to serve multiple functions. It will showcase projects, provide a space for product launches, client events and tailored sales programmes. Through this investment, Savills will enhance the client journey and establish new benchmarks in premium residential sales and marketing in Viet Nam.
Speaking at the event, Neil MacGregor, Managing Director of Savills Vietnam, shared,
“Around two years ago, we began discussing the relaunch of our Residential Sales service. From that initial idea, we set out to create an international-standard office, modelled on successful concepts in the UK and Europe. Today, I believe we have achieved more than expected - delivering a workplace that inspires our teams to excel. The new office is a fully integrated space, featuring event facilities, training areas, workstations, and even a dedicated content studio. This reflects Savills strong dedication to investing in both our people and our clients. I am confident this new platform will empower our Residential Sales team to achieve outstanding success while further cementing Savills leading position in Viet Nam’s property market.”
Nguyen Khanh Duy, Director of Residential Sales and Head of Savills Private Office, emphasised, “Globally, Savills is a market leader in residential sales and agency, particularly in the UK, where we operate nearly 130 offices with over 4,000 specialists. Establishing our Residential Sales Office in Sala aligns with this global strategy, offering Vietnamese clients a comprehensive and differentiated experience.
What sets this office apart is its connectivity and breadth of offering - from premium domestic projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi and Da Nang to international residential opportunities. Clients visiting our office are not limited to a single project; instead, they benefit from portfolio-level advisory, tailored to their long-term investment needs. Beyond client services, the office also provides a professional, modern environment for our teams, complete with training and development facilities. We believe this investment will elevate our professionalism and deliver an enhanced experience for clients on their property journey.”
Since entering the Vietnamese market in 1995, Savills has grown to over 2,800 staff across its HCMC and Ha Noi offices, delivering comprehensive advisory services across all real estate sectors. Within this, the Residential Sales division has emerged as a market leader, boasting more than 20 years of experience and a proven track record across numerous high-end projects developed by reputable investors such as CapitaLand, Khang Điền, Gamuda Land, Masterise Homes, Keppel Land, Vinhomes, VCRE, and VinaLiving,… Leveraging Savills global network and extensive client database, the division offers an integrated suite of services – from market research, strategic consultancy and marketing to sales execution and after-sales support.
The launch of the Residential Sales Office not only marks a new chapter in Savills residential strategy but also reflects the company’s vision to be the trusted partner of choice for developers and clients alike. It reaffirms Savills commitment to creating sustainable value while setting international standards for Viet Nam’s real estate market.
