Savills Announces New Head of Japan

Savills has today announced that Eiichiro Onozawa will take on the role of CEO and Representative Director of Japan effective 1 April 2025

Tokyo, Japan, 06 March 2025 – Onozawa-san joins from Mitsui Fudosan, where he has worked for his entire career spanning 36 years, holding positions in Japan, the UK, and New York.  He also served as President and CEO of Nippon Building Fund Management (Japan’s largest listed JREIT) between 2022 to 2024.

Onozawa-san will succeed Christian Mancini who successfully established Savills in Japan in 2004.

Martin Fidden, CEO of Savills Asia Pacific, says: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Onozawa-san to our Japan team.  He will focus on the growth of our Tokyo platform as we further evolve in this key market within the Savills Asia business, and utilise his international experience to create strong cross border links and opportunities within our global network.”
