These appointments mark the company’s continued investment in leadership and service excellence, as Savills expands its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of landlords, occupiers, and investors across Viet Nam’s commercial and industrial sectors.
“Vietnam’s real estate market is entering a transformative phase where international standards and long-term asset performance are key,” said Neil MacGregor, Managing Director, Savills Vietnam. “With Will and Luca joining our leadership team, Savills strengthens its advisory depth and operational delivery across both commercial leasing and IFM services, two of the most dynamic segments driving Vietnam’s growth story today.”
Driving Growth in Commercial Leasing
Under the leadership of William Gramond, Savills Vietnam’s Commercial Leasing team will continue to provide strategic consultancy for office, retail, and mixed-use projects, helping clients maximise occupancy efficiency and long-term asset value.
With more than 11 years of experience across Southeast Asia, including his previous role as Head of Commercial Leasing at Savills Thailand, William brings a regional perspective and deep understanding of landlord and occupier needs. His expertise covers office acquisitions, relocations, lease renewals, and portfolio strategy, crucial for clients navigating Hanoi’s rapidly expanding office market.
“Vietnam’s commercial leasing market is becoming more sophisticated as global corporations and local developers seek higher standards of efficiency and workplace design,” said William Gramond, Director of Commercial Leasing at Savills Vietnam. “Emerging secondary areas such as Starlake, with Grade A office projects like Oriental Square and IFC Westlake are setting new benchmarks for quality and design. With nearly 290,000 m² of new Grade A space expected in the next three years, decentralisation will continue to shape Hanoi’s office landscape, and our focus remains on delivering data-driven, practical solutions that create long-term value for clients.”
Strengthening Integrated Facility Management Capabilities
In the field of Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Savills continues to reinforce its capabilities through the appointment of Luca Vadala as National Head of Business Development.
Luca has over five years of experience leading IFM projects for multinational clients in Vietnam, including Pandora, Nestlé, IDEC Horizon, Core5, Frasers, and FM Logistic. His expertise lies in delivering scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective maintenance and engineering solutions that help clients achieve operational excellence.
At Savills, Luca oversees the nationwide IFM portfolio, providing end-to-end management for both industrial assets and commercial workplaces, from maintenance, safety, and compliance to workplace support, ensuring consistency, safety, and efficiency across multiple sites.
“Vietnam's accelerating FDI inflows, industrial base maturity, and urban expansion are creating the next major growth wave for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) across factories, logistics hubs, and corporate offices,” said Luca Vadala, National Head of Business Development, IFM Services at Savills Vietnam. “Within this dynamic environment, the country’s IFM market is projected to double by 2030 to reach around USD 662 billion, driven by strong growth of 7–9% CAGR in the industrial and commercial segments, alongside rising alignment with global FM standards and data-driven management practices. Savills is well-positioned to meet this demand through integrated, scalable solutions that combine local expertise with international best practice.”
