Savills Korea, a global real estate service company, today announced that it has been selected by Koramco REITs Management and Trust as the partner to establish a Consolidated Property Management (CPM) system. This partnership is aimed at strengthening the professional asset management capabilities of three major listed REITs under Koramco’s management.

The initiative marks the commencement of a systematic upgrade to the asset management framework for Koramco Life Infrastructure REITs, Koramco TheOne REITs, and E-REITs KOCREF.

Enhancing Asset Value Across Diverse Portfolio

Over the next five years, Savills Korea will progressively build and operate a specialized management system for approximately 150 assets located in key domestic centers. This diverse portfolio includes gas stations, logistics centers, offices, and retail properties. The objective is to enhance the quality of asset management for these listed REITs and maximize long-term asset value.

Crucially, through this CPM appointment, Savills Korea will act as a comprehensive, strategic partner. Beyond routine operational management, Savills will support and execute strategic decision-making from an asset-owner perspective, including:

• Advisory for asset acquisition and disposal
• Leasing strategy planning and execution
• Identification and implementation of Value-add initiatives

Koramco REITs Management and Trust pursued this restructuring to elevate the asset management quality of its listed REITs by strategically advancing its management structure. Previously, the system was decentralized across individual assets. The selection of a CPM operator creates a stable foundation to respond more consistently and professionally to the long-term, critical issues facing each REIT and its underlying assets. This move is designed to secure the competitiveness of the listed REITs and promote sustainable growth that aligns with shareholder interests.
