Job Description:

• To organize participation in the tendering and bidding work of the project;
• Develop the project property management plan; To ensure the successful completion of the consultant project;
• Professional training for developers related personnel;
• Drafting the relevant texts of the consultant project and property management;
• Property company construction, involving staff recruitment and training, etc. for consultancy projects;
• Responsible for the optimization of the project site layout;
• Keep in touch with relevant government departments.

Job Requirement:

• More than 8 years of experience in property management, with large-scale high-end commercial projects consulting management experience;
• With ability to fully coordinate large-scale integrated properties, comprehensive property management knowledge and advanced management philosophy;
• College education and holding property management manager induction certificate;
• Strong execution and excellent communication and coordination skills.
