Job Description:

  • Responsible for the monthly review and presentation of the project work;
  • Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the work to ensure them in an orderly manner;
  • Responsible for the company's docs system setting and management;
  • To assist the project manager in completing the daily management and coordination;
  • Keep good communication with the HR and Admin manager of the superior company;
  • Responsible for company's recruitment, staff costs, budget and other related work;
  • According to the company’s HR system, implement recruiting, training, management, deployment, evaluation and incentive work;
  • Finish other tasks assigned by senior manager.

Job Requirement:

  • 5 years or more of administrative and human resources management experience.
  • Management experience of a property company or real estate company.
  • Be meticulous and patient on work.
  • Familiarity with the compensation and employee relations module is preferred.
