Job Description:
- Responsible for the monthly review and presentation of the project work;
- Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the work to ensure them in an orderly manner;
- Responsible for the company's docs system setting and management;
- To assist the project manager in completing the daily management and coordination;
- Keep good communication with the HR and Admin manager of the superior company;
- Responsible for company's recruitment, staff costs, budget and other related work;
- According to the company’s HR system, implement recruiting, training, management, deployment, evaluation and incentive work;
- Finish other tasks assigned by senior manager.
Job Requirement:
- 5 years or more of administrative and human resources management experience.
- Management experience of a property company or real estate company.
- Be meticulous and patient on work.
- Familiarity with the compensation and employee relations module is preferred.
