Job Description:

• Responsible for related project leasing work, lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of Tianjin commercial property market to ensure the smooth progress of project consultation or rental and sale agency business.
• Responsible for related market information collection, customer tracking report and other file management work.
• Ensure the payback of the project.
• Complete other work arranged by the leader of the company.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in real estate, marketing.
• At least 5 years related working experience, real estate broker certificate is preferred.
• Serious and responsible work, team work spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure.
