3. Responsible for related market information collection, customer tracking report and other file management work.

Job Description:
1. Provide technical support to each project engineering manager, be responsible for technical management work summary, and review all kinds of request reports submitted by the engineering department;
2. Properly handle major technical incidents that occur during the operation of each project, conduct regular on-site inspections, and take timely measures to identify problems;
3. Comprehensively monitor the energy consumption of each project, control the cost of the engineering department, actively promote new energy-saving technologies, and propose energy-saving operation plans and cost calculations;
4. Review the management procedures, post responsibility and personnel assessment plan of the project engineering department;
5. Cooperate with the marketing department, be responsible for the calculation of the relevant expenses of the previous property management project, review the engineering drawings, and guide the engineers to prepare the engineering consultant report;
6. Complete other work arranged by the company's leadership.
