Job Description:

• Familiarity with the real estate market.
• Site inspection, calculation and drafting valuation report.
• Valuation for listed company.
• Valuation for bank or others.
• Keep good communication with customers.

Job Requirement:

• Good understanding and familiarity with the property market.
• At least two year working experience in valuation in the real estate or asset industry.
• Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualifications, like CREA/CREV, etc.
• Familiarity with the rules and regulations on the real estate and appraisal industries and proficiency in appraisal knowledge, such as valuation step and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and with team consciousness, and be able to work effectively with internal and external functions.
• Able to work under the pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics.
• Frequent domestic travel required.
• Have good professional quality and responsibility.
