Job Description:

• Support project manager to achieve consultancy goal.
• Familiar with local retail industry and write the retail positioning report.
• Support and manage retail market research and report quality control.
• Support project manager to interview retailer to adjust retail market trend.
• Assist project manager on team management and department internal daily affairs.

Job Requirement:

• Major in property development with bachelor or above degree, graduate from famous Chinese or overseas university.
• At least 2 years working experience in retail leasing industry and with rich retail leasing resources or network.
• Familiar with local retail leasing industry.
• Familiar in writing PPT and WORD report, SPSS analysis software.
• Strong communication skill and team player.
• Working experience in international real estate consultancy firm is preferred.
