Job Description:

• Data mining analysis and report writeup in support of the regular research publications and ppts in relation to the Guangzhou retail property Market.
• Administrative support to the team.
• Data collection and analysis in support of exercises of this kind.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the Research Head.

Job Requirement:

• BSC/BA degrees holder , with major in real estate, accounting ,statistics or linguistics .MSS/MA or MPhil is a plus.
• Logical and creative thinking with attention to details and strong numerical skills.
• Good team-work spirit ,and a self-starter and fast-learner.
• Strong language and self-expression skills, preferably a good English speaker and a native Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software ,especially word excel and PowerPoint.
