Job Description:

• Major in town planning or architecture with bachelor or above degree, graduate from famous Chinese or overseas university.
• At least 2 years working experience in planning or architecture institute, familiar with town planning or architecture design in commercial property development, applicant with relative town planner or architect certificate would be a priority.
• Familiar in using CAD, SketchUp、PS software to draft design; familiar in writing PPT and WORD report.
• Strong communication skill and team player.
• Commercial property development consultancy working experience is preferred.

Job Requirement:

• Support project manager to achieve consultancy goal from planning or design perspective.
• Design management and write the PPT or WORD report independently.
• Support project manager in discussing project positioning and design with client.
• Support project manager to communicate with design company to deliver consultancy concept to designer.
• Assist project manager on team management and department internal daily affairs.
