Job Description:

  • To have good knowledge of office building market of Chongqing, collect and systemize market information, report the process and result to people manager regularly and pass through evaluation accordingly.
  • Have good knowledge of sole agency project and its reception process as required, station at project to receive clients and introduce proper office proficiently and accurately.
  • Record client information and create completed report regularly as required.
  • Business development by cold calls, cold visit, meeting etc. and introduce property of projects agented by JLL to potential tenant.
  • Follow up potential client, update client’s requirements and build clients database as required.
  • Following instruction of senior staff, assist client/ landlord to accomplish leasing negotiation and prepare written documents.
  • Positively attend internal training and conference, and pass through evaluation accordingly.
  • Other tasks as required/delegated.

Job Requirement:

  • University qualification in real estate, marketing or economics preferred.
  • Highly outgoing, optimistic and sound mental toughness. Good in communication and willing to deal with all sorts of people. Good team player.
  • Good career competence, highly motivated and able to work under sales pressure.
  • Work experience in business development, cold visit and client relationship management preferred.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and good in written English.
