Job Description:

Job Description:
1. Understand the current situation of the local industry and domestic industry trends;
2. Develop a project property project management plan to ensure the successful completion of the work of property consultants;
3. Draft the relevant text of the property engineering management of the consultant project;
4. Build a consultant project property engineering team;
5. Recruitment and training of engineers related to the consultant project;
6. Review the project plan, initial construction, construction of the various stages of drawings, from the property management and customer use of the perspective of professional written optimization recommendations;
7. Develop an engineering consultant plan for the consultancy project and complete the engineering consultant content as planned (including: project planning and design proposals, project engineering management organization structure preparation, project operation cost estimates, project engineering management manual preparation, engineering management training, engineering management audit, etc.);
8. Review the annual plan and budget of the direct management project and supervise the project management work of the direct management project.

Job Description:
1. To have good knowledge of office building market of Chongqing, collect and systemize market information, report the process and result to people manager regularly and pass through evaluation accordingly.
2. Have good knowledge of sole agency project and its reception process as required, station at project to receive clients and introduce proper office proficiently and accurately.
3. Record client information and create completed report regularly as required.
4. Business development by cold calls, cold visit, meeting etc. and introduce property of projects agented by JLL to potential tenant.
5. Follow up potential client, update client’s requirements and build clients database as required.
6. Following instruction of senior staff, assist client/ landlord to accomplish leasing negotiation and prepare written documents.
7. Positively attend internal training and conference, and pass through evaluation accordingly.
8. Other tasks as required/delegated.
