Savills Viet Nam is pleased to announce John Campbell’s promotion from Associate Director to Director, Head of Industrial Services. This promotion reflects Savills commitment to strengthening its position in Viet Nam's rapidly evolving industrial real estate sector.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, John oversees operations nationally and provides agency services to clients across Viet Nam, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the country's growing industrial sector.

With a proven track record and extensive experience in industrial real estate, John has been instrumental in the growth and success of Savills' Industrial Services team. Since joining in 2018, he has brokered and advised clients on transactions totalling over US$165 million in value and handled over 1 million square meters of space. Under his leadership, the team has grown into a leading consulting unit with eight professionals across Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi.

John has guided Savills Viet Nam in closing a diversified range of leasing and investment transactions, including ready-built, build-to-suit (BTS), and land leases, in addition to factory acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and joint venture investment deals.

Notable achievements include acting as the introductory agent for the Boustead Projects/KTG joint venture, site search consultant for Coca-Cola Viet Nam's 190,000-square-meter project, broker for Gaw NP Industrial’s 160,000-square-meter project in Hai Phong, co-broker for PepsiCo Foods' 80,000-square-meter project in Ha Nam, and supporting Gemadept with the sale-leaseback of 32,600-square-meters of warehouse space in Binh Duong.

John and his team also supported multinational clients like Framas, Wagner, Medtronic, HZO, and Oerlikon Balzers in securing key factory leases.
