Start in August 2020, Siu Wing Chu has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, China, where he is responsible for the development and expansion of the overall business in China.

Siu Wing Chu was invited to join Savills in April 2002 and promoted to Managing Director of Savills Central China in 2017. Under Wing’s leadership, the Central China business successfully grew, especially in retail, residential sales, and property management. His professional teams have successfully built several nationally-renowned projects in China.

With over 20 years of experience in China’s property market, Wing has accumulated vast market knowledge, client understanding, and experience across the entire spectrum of property services. This has enabled Savills to maintain its leading position in the China real estate market.

He is also a member of the Savills China Executive Board, and head of Savills retail team in China. Wing has led the China retail team to successfully secure prominent projects while developing four business lines including Retail Consultancy, Retail Agency, Tenant Representative, and Retail Management.
