Peter's team
Peter Chan

Peter is the COO of Savills China, he has a degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth.

Peter has been with Savills for over 18 years and during that time held various positions across multiple markets, notably UK, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Peter was the former Head of IT in China prior to taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. He is now responsible for heading up operations across China and ensures that all back-office teams deliver effective support function across the business.

Having come from an IT background, Peter is champion of technology and has extensive experience in delivering IT solutions for back-office functions, Agency and Property Management businesses across China.

More recently, Peter has been the key sponsor of Savills PropTech initiative called MDI where he has incorporated best in class technologies and solutions too help drive the Property Management business.
