Woody is the Managing Director of Savills Southern China, he has a master degree of Real Estate & Land Management from the University of Reading.

Woody is responsible for overall operations in the region including Brokerage, Investment Services, Project Consultancy, Property Management, Valuation & Professional Services and Project Sales.

Under his leadership, Savills has expanded its Southern China business rapidly, with revenue increasing 10 times since 2003 he has been assigned to Guangzhou office from Savills Hong Kong. He has led the Southern China team to win many prime consultancy and marketing projects in the region. He also successfully established office in Shenzhen in 2003 and Xiamen in 2008.
