The great and the good of the residential sector gathered at London’s Grosvenor House hotel last night to see Savills receive the award for ‘Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year’ at the annual Property Week RESI Awards 2018.
Richard Rees, UK Managing Director, said ‘Many congratulations to the consultancy team for this impressive win, it is a huge achievement and the award was thoroughly well deserved.’
The judges statement commented on Savills ‘strong client focus’ and added that we are advising on three times as many strategic plots as our competitors.
Savills also sponsored the Residential Financier of Year award and Richard Rees took to the stage to give the award to the winners, Homes England.
The Josh Carrick Foundation was proud to be the charity of choice for the awards. Over £14,000 was raised for the foundation on the night.
