Savills and Colliers Appointed as Joint Sole Agent for the Tender Sale of a Brand New Whole Block Composite Building in Mong Kok, THE BOUNDARY

International real estate firm Savills and leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers have been appointed by the owner as the joint sole agent for the public tender sale of the whole block of THE BOUNDARY, 2C Boundary Street, Mong Kok2 (the “Property”). The public tender closing date is on 11 August 2026 (Tuesday) at noon.
