Savills Appointed as Sole Agent for the Tender Sale of a 40,365 sq ft (1) Single Lot with a Brand‑New Mansion in Clear Water Bay

International real estate firm Savills Realty Limited has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of Wisdom Cove at No.1 Ha Yeung San Tsuen Road, Sai Kung (the "Property") by way of tender. The Property is erected on a single lot with a site area of approximately 40,365 square feet1 and a saleable area of approximately 15,597 square feet2 and is to be sold on an “as‑is” basis with vacant possession.
