Developed by Latimer Homes, part of Clarion Housing Group — one of the UK’s largest housing organisations managing over 125,000 homes nationwide — Dyecoats forms part of a large-scale regeneration within the West End Riverside Development Corridor, less than a mile from Leeds city centre.
