Savills Appointed as Sole Agent for the Sale of a Prime Residential Development Site in Cheung Sha Wan

International real estate firm Savills has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of Nos. 282 – 284 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon ("The Property"). The Property has a site area of approximately 2,310 square feet and an approved gross floor area of approximately 19,471 square feet. It is offered for sale on an “as-is” basis with vacant possession. The express of interest submission deadline is scheduled at noon on 15 April 2026 (Wednesday).
