Savills Singapore will host a Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) seminar alongside its Malaysia Collection exhibition on 7 and 8 March 2026 at voco Orchard Singapore.

The event will provide Singapore-based individuals and families with an overview of Malaysia’s MM2H programme, including updated eligibility criteria, financial requirements and application procedures. The seminar will be conducted by licensed MM2H consultants from Northtrade Consultancy, who will guide attendees through the structuring and submission process.

Held alongside the seminar is the Malaysia Collection exhibition, which will showcase a curated selection of residential developments across Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Visitors can gain a broader understanding of Malaysia’s key residential markets, while exploring available projects that align with different lifestyle and investment objectives. The exhibition complements the MM2H discussions by providing practical context on cross-border ownership considerations and market dynamics.

The event will take place from 11am to 6pm on both days at Level 5, voco Orchard Singapore.
