Savills Vietnam Partners With Senturia An Phu For Long-term Property Management Strategy

HCMC, 16 January 2026 – Savills Vietnam and Nguyen Phuong Real Estate Co., Ltd. (a member of Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company) have officially signed a consultancy and property management agreement for the entire Senturia An Phu project. This partnership further expands Savills management portfolio in the low-rise residential segment while reaffirming the company’s long-term commitment to key developments in HCMC’s urban core. 

Under the agreement, Savills Vietnam will provide consultancy and implement property management services from the handover preparation stage through to stable operations. The scope of work includes advising on the completion of operational procedures and standards; consulting on sales and purchase agreements; organising unit handovers to homeowners; and delivering post-handover property management in line with international standards for high-end residential projects.

Market trends indicate that high-end residential developments today no longer compete solely on location or architectural scale. As the market enters a more selective phase of growth, stable operations and long-term usability, reflected in clear operating procedures, transparent governance, and consistent service quality, are becoming key benchmarks in buyers’ decision-making. Especially for low-rise developments located in the urban core, where land is limited, and residents have high expectations for privacy, property management plays a critical role in maintaining the quality of the living environment over time.

Within the framework of the cooperation at Senturia An Phu, the property management model is designed comprehensively, including an on-site management team structure appropriate to the project’s segment, a clear system of operating procedures and standards, and a transparent, long-term-oriented operating budget. Simultaneously, matters related to amenities, value-added services, residential regulations, and community engagement activities will also be implemented in a synchronised manner during the project’s operational phase, to create a living environment that meets residents’ expectations and the developer’s vision.

Senturia An Phu is a low-rise residential development spanning 8.6 ha, comprising 355 semi-detached villas, shophouses, and garden townhouses. The project is master-planned in a contemporary style with low construction density and 1.29 ha of green space. Currently, several sub-phases and internal infrastructure components have been completed, while the remaining works are being accelerated, with handover expected from Q4 2026.
