Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform, HYTRON utilises cutting‑edge artificial intelligence and robotics to autonomously navigate complex bathroom environments and deliver consistent, high-performance cleaning. Its innovative, eco-conscious design generates electrolysed water on-site for disinfection, significantly reducing the need for harsh chemicals and minimising environmental impact. Mass production is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026.
As the exclusive authorised distributor, Swan will lead the promotion, marketing, and distribution of HYTRON across the region. The partnership leverages Swan's deep local market expertise and Savills’ extensive industry presence to transform cleaning operations. By integrating Primech’s Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) models and advanced AI, the collaboration aims to establish new benchmarks in operational efficiency and service excellence.
This initiative reflects a broader industry shift toward intelligent automation in facility management. By embedding robotics into routine operational processes, Savills and Swan can achieve greater consistency, streamline service delivery, and improve overall resource utilisation. This technology-enabled framework complements human expertise to meet rising standards for cleanliness and sustainability across diverse property portfolios.
Mr. Joseph Leung, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director - Hong Kong & Macau, Savills (Hong Kong) Limited, commented: “We are committed to shaping the future of property management through smart, sustainable solutions. This collaboration marks a step toward redefining how we manage built environments and support the communities within advanced solutions.”
Mr. Charles Ng, Chief Operating Officer, Primech AI, said: “This partnership with Savills is a pivotal step in adopting HYTRON’s transformative technology across Hong Kong and Macau, where we see strong demand for smarter, more reliable facility services. Together we’re setting a new standard for bathroom hygiene with AI‑driven capabilities to lift productivity while advancing sustainability.”
