Savills Property Management Limited (“Savills”) andPrimech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) today announced a strategic partnership between their subsidiaries. Under this agreement, Primech AI Pte. Ltd. (“Primech AI”) shall appoint Savills’ Swan Hygiene Solutions Limited (“Swan”), as the exclusive authorised distributor of the HYTRON autonomous bathroom cleaning robot in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. This regional debut sets a new benchmark for hygiene, efficiency, and sustainability in property management.
Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform, HYTRON utilises cutting‑edge artificial intelligence and robotics to autonomously navigate complex bathroom environments and deliver consistent, high-performance cleaning. Its innovative, eco-conscious design generates electrolysed water on-site for disinfection, significantly reducing the need for harsh chemicals and minimising environmental impact. Mass production is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026.
As the exclusive authorised distributor, Swan will lead the promotion, marketing, and distribution of HYTRON across the region. The partnership leverages Swan's deep local market expertise and Savills’ extensive industry presence to transform cleaning operations. By integrating Primech’s Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) models and advanced AI, the collaboration aims to establish new benchmarks in operational efficiency and service excellence.
This initiative reflects a broader industry shift toward intelligent automation in facility management. By embedding robotics into routine operational processes, Savills and Swan can achieve greater consistency, streamline service delivery, and improve overall resource utilisation.
