Savills Appointed as Property Manager at BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen

Ha Noi, April 15, 2025 – The signing ceremony for the property management partnership of BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen was successfully held. BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen is a premium residential and commercial complex that was developed in line with EDGE green building standards. With Savills Viet Nam as the property manager, BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen expects to provide modern and sustainable living, enhancing the quality of life in the northern midland region.

Situated on a nearly 1-hectare site, BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen features twin 38-storey towers and plans to offer 956 luxury apartments to the market. Located on Bac Son Street in Hoang Van Thu Ward, Thai Nguyen City, the project is a vital administrative hub and a lively centre for commerce, entertainment, and dining. In addition to a comprehensive range of internal amenities, residents will enjoy convenient transport links, facilitating easy access to surrounding areas.

In response to the increasing interest in green and sustainable living, the project from inception was designated as a green building. It has successfully met the stringent criteria established by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) regarding energy, water, and material efficiency, earning an EDGE certification, a respected international standard for green buildings. This is the first project in Thai Nguyen City to achieve an EDGE certification, highlighting BV Land’s commitment to creating quality living environments and promoting sustainable real estate development.

As the property manager, Savills Viet Nam will collaborate closely with the developer to uphold green standards in building management. Savills will implement advanced operational procedures focused on optimising energy efficiency. The professional management team will oversee and maintain infrastructure systems aligned with green building standards, ensuring that HVAC, lighting, and energy-efficient devices operate effectively. Moreover, Savills will introduce waste reduction strategies and enhance resource management, maintaining a clean and sustainable living environment for residents. Savills commitment extends beyond meeting EDGE green standards and aims to encompass sustainable development within the property and deliver outstanding satisfaction to occupants.

During the ceremony, Director of Savills Ha Noi, Mr Matthew Powell, remarked, “We are honoured that BV Land has entrusted us with managing BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen. With our extensive experience in managing green building-certified projects across Viet Nam, alongside a skilled professional team, Savills is dedicated to providing effective management solutions and collaborating closely with BV Land to maintain EDGE green standards, ensuring a sustainable and high-quality living environment.”

Chairman of BV Invest and BV Land, Mr Nguyen Tan Thanh, spoke about the partnership with Savills Viet Nam: “Throughout its development journey, BV Land has consistently prioritised quality and sustainable value.
