Savills Australia and New Zealand has expanded its Commercial Sales expertise with the appointment of Harry George as Director within the global agency’s New South Wales team, based in Sydney.
With over 15 years of experience in the Australian commercial property sector, Harry brings a wealth of transactional expertise in the marketing and sale of commercial office assets, strata amalgamations and development sites across Sydney’s key commercial markets.
Harry will be focused on servicing Middle Markets clients across the major Sydney commercial office markets.
With an agency background, Harry most recently held an Associate Director of Capital Markets role, working with on- and offshore high-net-worth investors, syndicates and capital managers.
Throughout his career, Harry has achieved a combined transaction total of approximately $1b plus, with notable transaction including the amalgamation of King, York and Clarence development site known as ‘Kings Green’ now in control by Merivale Group.
