Savills is strengthening its asset management capabilities with the strategic appointment of Daniel Shafferman National Director Industrial, Asset Management and Nick Hall, State Director – NSW, Asset Management. They start in the global agency’s Brisbane and Sydney offices respectively, in early September.
Daniel Shafferman moves from Colliers where he has spent the past 10 years and is a recognised and highly respected expert in institutional logistics portfolio management.
Daniel will spearhead the growth of the national industrial property management business at Savills, where his ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage operational systems and take a holistic approach to property management is set to be instrumental in enhancing the value of clients' industrial assets across Australia.
Daniel’s appointment aligns closely our rapid growth and focus on the Industrial and Logistic sector given significant expansion in our agency business, as a result of major team lifts in both Victoria and NSW in recent times and alongside strong headcount growth of an additional 15 agents across the country in the past 18 months.
