Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed two state directors to its Perth office this week, expanding the global real estate brand’s capabilities and expertise in its West Australian business.
The announcement sees Sallese McNeil take the role of WA State Director - Office Leasing and Lisa Jansen appointed WA State Director – Asset Management. A commercial leasing agent with over 20 years’ experience, Sallese brings with her, an extensive knowledge of the Perth CBD and fringe suburban office leasing markets and has previously built her career as a commercial leasing agent and associate director in the office
market.
Sallese’s remit in the new Savills role will see her take the lead in repositioning Savills Perth Office leasing team to be a market leader, providing expert property solutions for its clients. With over two decades of local and international experience in property management, marketing and retail, Lisa has previously held senior director roles in agency with a strong focus on managing asset and tenancy portfolios and leading and guiding high performing teams.
Her role in the Savills Asset Management team will see Lisa leading and growing the WA business. Lisa’s extensive retail experience adds to the Savills national platform which was bolstered 2023 with the acquisition of Queensland retail property agency, Site 8. Lisa’s experience will translate across Savills’ commercial and industrial portfolio that sees tenants increasingly focused on creating environments that drive employee retention for tenants, through placemaking and excellence in service.
The addition of Sallese and Lisa to the team sets to strengthen the growth of the Savills Perth office which, under the helm of recently appointed Managing Director – WA, Chris Paul, grows to 37.
