Savills Appointed as Exclusive Leasing and Management Agent at 265 Cau Giay

Savills has officially been appointed as the property manager and exclusive leasing agent at 265 Cau Giay, Ha Noi. The 38-level Grade-A building delivers offices and a shopping centre. It is a leading destination in the West of Ha Noi for local and domestic enterprises.

265 Cau Giay launched in 2021 and delivers a 37-level shopping centre and offices. It offers tenants smart parking systems across its four-level basement, nine lifts and a cargo lift.

The property is on Cau Giay Street and provides access to shopping malls, hospitals, supermarkets, office buildings, residential projects and entertainment hubs. It has access to an extensive transportation network with direct links to the CBD and main roads like Pham Hung, Lang and Kim Ma.
