ARGENT RELATED ANNOUNCE HONG KONG LAUNCH & EXHIBITION OF FIRST THE HOMES TO BUY IN LONDON’S NEW BRENT CROSS TOWN

Argent Related has announced the Hong Kong sales launch and exhibition of the first, highly anticipated homes at Brent Cross Town, London’s new 180-acre, £7 billion park town. Positioned alongside Brent Cross Town’s 50 acres of parks and playing fields, The Ashbee and The Delamarre will together offer 277 new homes featuring timeless design and superior quality, all available to purchase via the sole sales agent Savills (Hong Kong).

The exclusive Hong Kong sales exhibition of Brent Cross Town is taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May 2022, 11am – 6pm daily, in the Alexandra Room and Statue Square at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong. Buyers will be able to visit a stunning exhibition displaying a scale model of the two buildings with an interactive apartment finder, state-of-the-art 3D digital model and an LED video showing giving buyers a look at the future Brent Cross Town neighbourhood.

Members of the sales team will be available to answer questions about this exciting new park town development which offers Hong Kong buyers a unique living experience in a new neighbourhood built around 50 acres of parks and playing fields, and which is ideally designed to meet the increased demand from London residents for homes near green spaces.

The Ashbee and The Delamarre are comprised of 277 apartments ranging from studios to one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including maisonettes, with many of the apartments benefitting from balconies or terraces. The light, airy and spacious homes are in an unrivalled location, with lakeside views across Claremont Park, with interiors by global architectural practice, Woods Bagot. Every resident of the two new buildings will also be part of The Claremont Park Club, a state-of-the-art health and leisure club and workspace facility, located across the ground floors of both buildings.

The apartments being launched in Hong Kong are the first of 6,700 new homes at Brent Cross Town, all of which will benefit from a new high street, bringing together well-known and independent shops, cafes and restaurants, complemented by exceptional indoor and outdoor sports and wellness facilities. The neighbourhood will have eight new public squares, wide pedestrian boulevards and landscaped parks. It is the ideal destination for people’s changing lifestyles and supports more flexible ways of living and working in London.

Brent Cross Town is the largest urban regeneration project to be undertaken in London by a single developer. It is being delivered by Argent Related and includes the team behind the redevelopment of King’s Cross. The masterplan for Brent Cross Town has been developed by Allies & Morrison, the multi-award-winning architectural practice who also shaped King’s Cross. The new town offers exceptional connectivity. London St Pancras International and King’s Cross stations will be just 12-minutes away via the new Brent Cross West station which completes in December 2022, and Brent Cross underground station provides services to central London every five minutes.

Tom Goodall, Partner and Head of Residential for Argent Related says: “Brent Cross Town will offer something unique to London; a new neighbourhood set around 50 acres of parks and playing fields but within 12 minutes of Zone 1 London. It will be a place which supports health and wellbeing and maximises the opportunities offered by our new flexible lifestyles. As well as being focussed on providing great new homes, we are focussed on creating the best place to live in the capital.”

Mark Elliott, HK Board Director & Head of International Residential at Savills (Hong Kong), says: “Brent Cross Town is one of the most important new London residential development launches taking place in Hong Kong in 2022. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic there is a strong “green premium” with homeowners wanting to live in a healthy environment. With its green spaces, wellbeing amenities and commitment to the environment, Brent Cross Town is ahead of many other London developments and the homes are ideal for either end use, pied-à-terre’s or rental investments.”

Apartment prices start from £390,000. Residents can apply for a parking license for a bay in the shared basement car park. The first launch exclusive exhibition is being held at the Alexandra Room and Statue Square, 2/F, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, 5 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Hong.
