International real estate advisor Savills has formed a new association with Switzerland-based real estate agent Luxury Places.
With offices in Geneva and Lausanne, Luxury Places specialises in the top end of the residential property market in the Lake Geneva region. Headed by David Colle, the company was established in 2006 in Lausanne and quickly reached a leading position in the region. In 2010, Luxury Places opened an office in Geneva to cover the whole Lake Geneva Region.
Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, head of global residential, Savills, said, “Geneva and its lake are increasingly important global destinations, both for fiscal reasons and for leisure.
